As part of its expansion plan, DAK Americas LLC (DAK) has announced a project to increase the polyester staple fiber (PSF) production capacity at its Cooper River site near Charleston, S.C.
The project will increase the capacity of the Cooper River facilitiy by 55 million pounds per year (lbs/year) across the company's current product line of textile and nonwoven PSF offerings.
