World of Composites 2019 is all set to launch its specially curated segments for Fibres Reinforced Polymers to make composites mainstream in India. It will take place alongside Techtextil India 2019.
A high level of energy, business networking and dynamic synergy was seen at the 6th edition of Techtextil India where 173 exhibitors from 11 countries showcased a gamut of technical textile solutions to 5,436 visitors from across the country. Smart future textiles, recycled fibers, sustainable alternatives, welding, wearables, functional solutions were among some of the highlights on the showfloor.

India’s technical textile and nonwoven industry continues to be one of the fastest growing sectors within the textile industry. Now in its 6th edition, Techtextil India continues to bring forward the latest technology in technical textile, nonwoven and garment machinery and is scheduled to take place from 13 – 15 September 2017 at Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre.
With India’s contribution in the technical textiles industry expected to grow at 12% CAGR and reach 1, 16,217 crore by 2017-18, the need for new technologies in garment manufacturing machinery is on a rise. India’s leading trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens - Techtextil India – is here. Running into its sixth edition, the 2017 fair is scheduled to take place from 13 – 15 September in the country’s commercial capital – Mumbai. The show size increased by 50% since the last edition and will have space dedicated to 10 product groups and 12 application areas.
Techtextil India, India’s largest exhibition for technical textiles and nonwovens, will be underway next week, from 24 - 26 September 2015. It is confirmed that the exhibition will be inaugurated by Mrs. Kiran Soni Gupta, IAS-Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Guest of Honor Mr. Michael Siebert Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Mumbai will also be present at the inauguration.
