In China, offers for ring‐spun 30s yarn rolled over in the first week of December while compact siro‐spun 40s yarn was flat on the week.
Spun viscose yarn markets were generally lukewarm in China. Rotor‐spun yarn and core‐spun yarn that were in demand previously met with thinner demand, while orders for some high‐count yarn picked up. That week’s fall in VSF prices helped spinners restore their margins, after yarn offers have been kept unchanged.
In Pakistan, viscose yarn prices stayed unchanged after falling in the past weeks as VSF prices stabilised in China.
