Being developed based on NXP's transponder IC, HF RFID Module SL025B is a Mifare read/write module. It supports Mifare 1K, Mifare 4K and Ultralight and is applicable for 13.56MHz. It does auto Real-time detecting tag which moves into or out of detective range and reports through one output pin's logic level. In addition, it integrates all necessary components and antenna into one PCB. The external Micro-controller can work with SL025B to read/write Mifare cards by simple serial communication command. It supports Mifare 1K, Mifare 4K and Ultralight and is applicable for 13.56MHz. It does auto Real-time detecting tag which moves into or out of detective range and reports thrugh one output pin's logic level. In addition, it integrates all necessary components and antenna in one PCB. In view of its maximum working current and sleep current are 45mA and 10uA respectively, SL030 is preferential for the applications which require low power cost. Technology parameters for SL030 and SL031 are exactly the same except for communication interface: IIC for SL030 and UART for SL031.
