Minister of State for Industries and Commerce, Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo, addressing 61st Board of Directors meeting of J&K Handloom Development Corporation announced that diverse innovative measures have been set off to bring in upgradation in the Handloom Industry.
To benefit Corporation employees, the sixth Pay Commission was approved with effect from 1st July 2014, besides, agreed in principle to the demand of enhancement in retirement age from 58 to 60 years by the Board.
