The Italian textile machinery orders have recorded a 6 percent increase for the second quarter of 2014 compared to the previous quarter. This growth in orders came entirely from the foreign markets, for which an increase of 8% was recorded for the period from April to June, according to the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers (ACIMIT). Foreign demand appears to be experiencing revitalization. They were able to ascertain this at the recent ITMA Asia, held in June in Shanghai.
