The North Face has unveiled its first shoes made using nanospinning technology, following the launch of Futurelight clothing at the end of 2018.
The nano-level holes allow for porosity while maintaining waterproofness and the polyurethane membrane is free from fluorocarbons.
TNF’s spokespeople told sportstextiles of the imminent launch, with the first shoes, called Activist, scheduled for the summer 2020 collections.
