Asian acrylonitrile prices rolled over in the last week of March. In China, offers for offshore cargoes were stable while Indian ACN prices remained unchanged on the week.
Acrylonitrile prices in Asian markets held stable as upstream propylene markets remained sluggish while downstream demand was stable. Traders reported less satisfactory sales, and had little intention to pick up volume. Low priced goods were thus more available. ASF suppliers ran at high capacity, with stable prices amid weak demand. ABS also held stable amid insipid trades while offers for acrylamide remained flat.
