When rotating in the cylinder, influenced by friction and centrifugal force, the crushed ores and steel balls are elevated to a certain height by lining board, and fall down because of gravity. Ores are gradually crushed under the influence of impact and grinding. Crushed ores are discharged out of the cylinder. Qualified products go through the spiral classifier while coarse sand was sent back to the ball mill by the joint feeder. Through material hollow shaft spiral the material is sent to the first mill chamber, in which there are ladder liner or corrugated linings, with steel balls of different specifications in it.
