      Spun Yarn

Cotton yarn prices remained unchanged in the week of 9 June in China and Pakistan but were seen moving up in India in finer counts. They are likely to increase slightly in China in the coming weeks. The possibility of a sharp rise in cotton yarn is ruled out given the drop in cotton fibre prices in major markets. In the blended category, the prices were stable across all counts both in India as well as in China.
