In China, offers for 32s polyester yarn in Shengze were pegged stable in the last week of September which ended on 29th September 2017. In China, spun polyester yarn offers were steady supported by firm prices in the polyester staple fiber market during the week. Prices were gradually turning stable-to-soft during the week while sales volume of some individual specs were moderate.
In India, polyester yarn offers were revised down after inching up in the previous week. Polyester yarn 30 knit yarn prices declined INR2 a kg (down US cents 7 a kg on the week) in Ludhiana market.
In Pakistan, polyester yarn prices generally rolled over during the week despite increasing polyester staple fibre cost. Although, it is likely that producers will hike offers in the future.
