The Exhibition arm of the Dubai-based conglomerate, the Falak Holding; International Expo Consult (IEC) is the organizer of key exhibitions including Sign and Graphic Imaging (SGI Dubai) and the Dubai, Entertainment, Amusement and Leisure (DEAL). This will be Investcorp's fifth successful acquisition in 12 months.
