World Emblem introduces sustainable embroidery alternative

World Emblem has unveiled Flexbroidery™, a new product offering a more affordable and eco-friendly option compared to traditional embroidery. Flexbroidery patches feature detailed designs and a raised texture that make colors stand out more vividly. These patches can be easily applied at home using low-melt heat seals.

This patented innovation aims to simplify production and reduce costs for customers, allowing unlimited color choices without extra fees. Additionally, Flexbroidery enables clients to store their products, avoiding the need to ship garments.

“With its easy heat pressing application, Flexbroidery provides a new way to achieve an embroidered look without using threads, hoops, or machinery,” said Randy Carr, President and CEO of World Emblem. “From corporate logos to personal projects, Flexbroidery patches are durable and perfect for uniforms, accessories, and clothing.”
