US brand Selk’bag unveils 100% recycled, wearable sleeping bag

Selk’bag, the wearable sleeping bag brand has announced the launch of their autumn 2021 collection, which will use 100% recycled goods throughout the whole range.

In October 2021, the collection will be available at shops such as REI, Amazon, and Selk’bag’s websites. The bags from this US-based firm offer optimum mobility, comfort, adaptability, and warmth.

Selk’bag’s autumn collection, which will be released in October, comprises 6 adult designs in a variety of colors, all of which are constructed entirely of 100% post-consumer recycled fabric, insulation, and zippers. Customers’ favorites, such as the Original and Lite, are environmentally friendly and ready for many adventures.

For autumn 2021, Selk’bag will introduce a Kids Recycled version in two nature-inspired designs, extending pleasure to all family members. According to the business, all models have a DWR water-resistant coating, are machine washable, and come with a stuff pouch for convenient travel and storage.

Selk’bag has joined the Outdoor Industry Association’s Climate Action Corps to assess, plan, and decrease its carbon footprint emissions, in addition to its 100% recycled product line and cooperation with 1 per cent for the Planet.

Cristobal Murillo, Selk’bag’s co-founder and CEO, said that they produced their first recycled style less than a year ago, and now they’re pleased to announce that they’ve changed their whole manufacturing process so that 100% of their fall 2021, and all future collections, are manufactured with 100% post-consumer recycled materials. The mobility aspect of the Selk’bag has always provided customers with an alternate option to explore the world outside the confines of a standard sleeping bag. This double functionality leads to maximal utilization and more satisfaction.
