Sports brand Under Armour has reported full-year revenues for 2019 of more than $5.25 billion, an increase of 1.2% compared to the previous year.
Revenues from apparel were flat at just under $3.5 billion, but it achieved a 2.2% increase in footwear revenues, with a total of a little under $1.1 billion.
Under Armour’s sales in North America fell by 2.1% to just under $3.7 billion, but it achieved growth of 14.2% in Asia and of 5.1% in Europe.
Asia overtook Europe as the brand’s second-biggest market in 2019 with revenues of $636.3 million, compared to Europe’s $621.2 million.
