Portugal based company TINTEX Textile SA and German-based manufacturer BRÜCKNER made a pact together for inventories in bi-elastic knitted fabric for the international market. TINTEX was established in 1998 in villa nova, northern Portugal. The company believes that innovations in the fashion industry can help fight environmental issues and global climate change. It supplies functional tricot fabrics to well-known fashion, sports and lingerie brands.
The technologists within the company, in all the stages of production and supply chain, aims at curating new eco-friendly strategies and concepts. With their motto "No sustainability without innovation" TINTEX is consistently working towards the production of intelligent and high-performance textiles. In order to meet the motto, the company cooperated with the German textile machinery manufacturer BRÜCKNER. They provided the company with machinery for technical and nonwoven textiles. BRÜCKNER is a leading company in its field, was founded in 1949 and is presently run by Regina Brückner and Axel Pieper. Bruckner with its sustainable vision to provide customers with high-quality product lines. Following a similar vision, the company's product development processes were established to innovate unique fabrics and new effects on bi-elastic knitwear. The processes were taking place in Leonberg and in a textile and engineering institute in Stuttgart. The technologies were well worked upon which benefited the temperature uniformity, thermal treatment of synthetic blends and other requirements. Apart from indirect coating processes, now they also made direct coating possible in high elastane knits. The new line machinery was validated very well but still has worked upon for better performance. All the components are specially designed to ensure your tensionless fabric runs and work well for sensitive fabrics. A new coating unit is being integrated for a POWER FRAME sterner. It makes it possible for two processes to take place on the same line. Water-based pastes, stable and unstable forms are applied to the fabric in a cylindrical screen with precision, in the screen coating process. This technology has flexible parameter adjustments that can even do coatings on light cotton and viscose knitwears. This new line is very efficient in producing products that were earlier possible only with the indirect coating, it even cut the cost of the expensive release paper used in the indirect coating.
TINTEX is successfully heading in the category of new types of textiles, it also won Hightex Award, at Munich Fabric Start. BRÜCKNER and TINTEX strive together for long term perspective and optimization keeping in mind the sustainability and will go great innovations in future
