Thai Acrylic Fibre, FibreTrace partner for transparency in fibre production

Thai Acrylic Fibre Co., Ltd. (TAF) has announced a strategic partnership with FibreTrace to ensure complete transparency and verification of its Regel fibre, reinforcing the company’s dedication to sustainability and accountability in the textile industry.

Through this collaboration, TAF has integrated FibreTrace technology, which embeds a luminescent pigment ID at the raw fibre stage. This allows for traceability throughout the entire production process—from fibre to yarn, fabric, garment, and beyond—offering a digital passport that tracks and verifies the fibre’s journey, authenticity, and supply chain.

By incorporating FibreTrace technology, TAF is providing full transparency at every stage of the production process, responding to the growing consumer demand for sustainable and ethically sourced materials. This move also strengthens consumer confidence by ensuring the authenticity of TAF’s products.

Tuhin Kulshreshtha, Vice President of Business Development at TAF, expressed excitement about the partnership: “Incorporating FibreTrace into our process gives our customers unparalleled visibility into our supply chain. This initiative enhances Regel traceability and sets a new industry standard. It aligns with our strategy to lead the market in sustainability, quality, and consumer trust.”
