Texworld Paris 2015 experiencing an exceptionally large rate of registration

Today Texworld has become more than a place where people meet to do business. The show looks to suffuse its visitors and exhibitors with the latest trends, to have them touch and feel the materials, for an ever-more-lively visit. The next Texworld trade fair that is set to take place at Paris is experiencing an exceptional rate of registration, with the space expected to be fully booked very soon.

Exhibitors from the main textile manufacturing countries – China, South Korea, India, Turkey and Pakistan – are underlining their interest in the European market , which, with the USA, represents the strongest demand.

Michael Scherpe, CEO of Messe Frankfurt France said that they are delighted with this excellent performance. The situation in the textile and fashion industry is more favourable and is encouraging weavers to attend Texworld Paris. Their selection committee is very happy with the large number of applications received, with proposals of higher and higher quality.

Cotton is the material in most demand at Texworld. It represents an aspect of the fair, which is undergoing constant development and which will welcome Texprocil, the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council, with almost 35 exhibitors. Texprocil is responsible for promoting Indian cotton producers, but it is also helping silk manufacturers, lace makers and embroiderers to exhibit at Texworld.

Indian cotton producers are recognised and appreciated by European buyers for the quality and variety of their range for men, women and children: eco-cotton, the Better Cotton Initiative, printed cotton, cotton voile, denim, and cotton fabrics for shirting and bottom pieces.
India, currently is the world’s second-largest producer of cotton, with output estimated at 6.74 million tonnes, will overtake China and take first place next year, according to the Cotton Association of India.

Young international designers are expected to attend the event. Texworld will host the Frankfurt Style Award. This competition, well established in German speaking countries, has been promoting young designers since 2007.
Sharp, eclectic, contemporary, responsible style will be presented by university and international fashion and design school graduates.

Texworld will be held from 9 to 12 February 2015 at at the Parc des Expositions Paris Le Bourge in Paris in France. It will showcase a wide range of products, services and accessories by a large number of well known participating companies.

It helps the exhibitors to enhance their brand image and network with the attendees in order to expand their business opportunities and prospects significantly. This is the largest exhibition that focuses on the textile industry and provides an in depth understanding about it among all its visitors.
