YarnsandFibers News Bureau 2024-10-02 16:19:10 – USA

Stratasys, a leader in 3D printing technology, has introduced the TechStyle Fabric Alignment Station, marking the latest advancement in its 3D Fashion technology. This new system offers a streamlined workflow for high-end fashion designers, enabling seamless integration with production methods such as embroidery, laser cutting, embossing, and 2D silk printing.

By expanding the capabilities of the J850 TechStyle full-color solution, designers can now achieve precise alignment of 2D printed patterns with 3D designs on specific garment areas, like pockets and patches. The system also allows for detailed placement of 3D designs on garments using techniques like embroidery and knitting.

The Fabric Alignment Station automates the alignment process with exceptional accuracy, ensuring that 3D printed elements are placed exactly where needed. This reduces the need for manual adjustments, eliminating trial-and-error, cutting costs, improving production times, and reducing material waste.

Zehavit Reisin, Senior Vice President of Consumer Solutions at Stratasys, emphasized that the new solution caters to growing demand for personalization in fashion, transforming the creative process and enhancing production efficiency.
