Stella Blu, the product division of Prosperity Textiles that makes indigo yarn colored textures, is modernizing its coloration process of textiles. The mill said it will use panel printing and the Cooltrans technology from the textile coloration company NTX at its new China manufacturing facility.
NTX Cooltrans is a waterless textile coloration system that was launched in 2020. It can color almost any textile material without using heat and can save up to 90% of water. Without sacrificing the fabric's texture or functional performance, it achieves precise color. Except for polypropylene, the cost-neutral technology works with natural, man-made, and synthetic fibers, including those with high power-stretch properties.
Both NTX and Stella Blu place an emphasis on sustainable denim processing. Their organization expands beyond just jeans. Mutually, NTX and Stella Blu said they can apply their aptitude in maintainable denim creation to other cotton twill-like textures, "further moving the attire business' maintainability endeavors."
Marco Stefanelli, marketing director of Stella Blu, portrayed the organization as a thrilling achievement in manageable material creation. According to the companies, they will "collaboratively hasten the adoption of eco-friendly and sustainable practices, mitigating the industry's environmental impact and crafting a more sustainable future for all" by combining their respective expertise and resources.
