Stäubli’s DEIMO Knitting Solutions of Switzerland, a leading manufacturer of control systems for knitting mills will be showcasing its latest technological innovation DEIMO 2900SL controller for circular knitting machines, at the forthcoming the world’s largest exhibition for equipment for hosiery manufacturing Yiwutex 2017.
DEIMO 2900SL controller is suitable for machines for the production of socks and pantyhose, and in the mid-to-large diameter range, for underwear or seamless garments. According to company reports,the 2900SL reliably, efficiently, and precisely controls all functions of circular knitting machines operating in demanding environments.
Stäubli said that they are technically refined products for a wide range of applications and are being used very successfully for customized solutions in the knitting industry. Due to their high performance and flexibility, DEIMO products serve to automate increasingly complex production processes in modern circular knitting machines.
In addition to its operation and control systems, Stäubli will also show its powerful DData and Dstyler software. DData has functionalities for recording production data, importing and exporting textile patterns, and even for accessing the system from a remote location. Articles to be produced on the machine can be conveniently programmed with the powerful and easy-to-use DStyler graphic software, the company adds.
