Swiss sportswear brand On, has announced that its "Onward" resale program would now include its apparel collection.

Along with the brand's footwear collection, the project will now include a variety of pre-owned men's and women's performance clothing, such as tops, bottoms, running tights, and jackets.

It is an expansion of On's current ESG policies, which the company claimed are focused on advancing circularity throughout its product line and advancing sustainability through innovation.

The Trove-powered resale platform was introduced in September 2022 and had a "overwhelming, enthusiastic response," according to a press release from the company.

On's co-founder, Caspar Coppetti, said that they're committed to increasing our environmental and social effect. They want to encourage people to exercise in the most eco-friendly, high-performance gear available. Although bringing Onward to our US community was a significant accomplishment, they wanted to do more as a sportswear company. They've noticed a lot of interest in purchasing and trading in gently used equipment, so they're thrilled that this expansion will enable them to serve even more individuals.

The brand's newest initiative, Onward, promises to "take responsibility" for every product and its afterlife, according to the press release.
