Spanx launches denim range with innovative sculpting technology

Spanx LLC has unveiled SPANXsculpt ReDefine, a denim collection that redefines comfort and fit with innovative technology. Designed with LYCRA FitSense denim technology, this collection incorporates targeted sculpting zones for tummy control, thigh shaping, and butt-lifting. As the first brand to integrate this cutting-edge fabrication, Spanx offers a breakthrough in denim that combines superior comfort and premium sculpting.

In addition, Spanx introduces the SPANXeffect, a simplified shopping framework that helps customers choose products across different categories based on their desired compression level and sculpting effect.

“For 25 years, Spanx has been delivering innovative wardrobe solutions that empower women and suit their dynamic lifestyles,” said Cricket Whitton, CEO of Spanx. “After extensive research on the denim market, we’ve perfected the combination of fit, comfort, and sculpting technology. We’re thrilled to debut SPANXsculpt ReDefine Denim as a groundbreaking product that delivers unmatched comfort and results.”

SPANXsculpt ReDefine incorporates LYCRA FitSense denim technology directly into the fabric fibers, creating targeted sculpting zones. These zones are made using a heat-activation process that locks them into areas such as the tummy, thighs, and butt, offering a seamless sculpting experience without extra boning, panels, or hardware. The fabric combines a LYCRA fiber core, temperature-responsive fibers, and a cotton sheath to retain the classic look and feel of denim.

The collection reinvents denim as a wardrobe essential with unmatched sculpting benefits. At launch, SPANXsculpt ReDefine is available in two washes and two styles, Flare and Slim Straight. This marks Spanx’s first denim line with traditional detailing and inclusive sizing. Spanx plans to expand the collection throughout the year with new styles, fits, and washes to meet customer demand.
