A six day study tour programme has been organized by the Department of Handlooms and Jute in Tamil Nadu where a 24 member team of industrialists of Sircilla Textile Park on IT and Textile Minister K Taraka Rama Rao’s instructions went to attend it.
The industrialists will study new designs and modern technology used in textile industry there. The study tour was flagged off by District Collector D Krishna Bhaskar.
During the study tour programme, the working style of hi-tech textile parks and its depending industries, modern technology used in industries, new designs, marketing system and other issues will be studied by the team members. Suitable things will be implemented here in Sircilla Textile Park.
The team will also be visiting famous areas for textiles in Tamil Nadu such as Eroad, Thiruvur, Palladam, and Koyambattur.
