Silk saree embellished with 72 gm gold launched at Chennai fashion show

This exclusive saree collection was launched at the Chennai fashion show with the actress and Miss India international model Rochelle Rao walking the ramp by wearing the new saree, every bit of the design and combination was a grand showcase of the dazzling heritage of the silk story. Also, traditional patterns got a modern twist with the different kinds of draping. The show was organized by The Designers Council of India and Brand Avatar, aimed to provide a platform for new and upcoming designers.

Sri Kumaran Stores have used the craftsmanship to weave the six-yard wonder in gold and silk exclusive for all women who love fashion with a difference. Each saree is weaved by experts for 14 days. These first of its kind golden drapes are graceful, soft, light weight Kancheepuram silk decorated with the premium design in eye catching colors with the blend of silk and gold and high fashion, its owner P E Naveen Kumartold reporters here.

The latest range of these Thanga Pattu' Kancheepuram silk sarees pricing from Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh would be sold across all Sri Kumaran Stores in Chennai,Puducherry and Bengaluru.The variation in price range accounts to the different designs carried by the collection.
