Second Bangladesh Fashion Carnival-2014 opens in Dhaka

After the huge response received from First Edition in the year 2013 on the potentiality of Bangladesh Fashion Trade & Consumer market, the second Bangladesh Fashion Carnival- 2014, a international exhibition of branded clothing and fashion products was inaugurated by the Member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Cultural Affairs Pinu Khan on Wednesday. The theme of the event is ‘Do your Eid shopping with us’. More than 50 companies from home and abroad are participating in the expo. A good number of visitors are expected from entire South and South East Asia in the fashion carnival. The exhibition is targeted to showcase Eid-ul-Fitr shopping items. The carnival is focused on creating an opportunity for both local and foreign participants to display their latest products before potential buyers, resulting in high business transactions. The foreign participants will have the opportunity to display their state-of-the-art technology to the local producers and exporters. The local manufacturers and producers from different areas of Bangladesh will also participate in International Fashion Carnival; will have the opportunity to display their products to the buyer from abroad at this fair and bag export order of their goods giving a big boost to the country’s export earnings. An array of quality products will be put on display in this carnival. The products include children’s wear, clothing (men/women), fashion wear, home textile, knitwear, kurtas, lawns, premium clothing, readymade garment (RMG)/woven garments, salwar-kameez, 3-piece, shawl, sherwani, wedding dress, beauty aids, beauty products and equipment and leather and leather products. Freelancerz Branding & Communications Ltd in association with RedCarpet Limited once again brought the well defined fashion exposition, Branded as 2nd Bangladesh Fashion Carnival 2014, from 25 to 29 June 2014 at Emmanuelle’s Banquet Hall, Gulshan 1, Dhaka – Bangladesh. It will remain open for all from 10am to 9.30pm everyday.
