Rockay, a Scandinavian sustainable and premium performance-wear brand, has released its second ethically made collection. The collection is inspired by Nordic nature and powerful landscapes, and it features recycled, eco-friendly materials as well as revolutionary antimicrobial odor technology.

Rockay continues its journey on consciously-made, durable, and sustainable items for optimal performance, using clean silhouette designs and the newest cutting-edge fabrics and technologies, after a successful initial collection in 2020. 

The new collection includes men's and women's Run Vest, Track Jacket, Half Tights, Track Pants, Tech T-Shirt, 20four7 T-Shirt, Run Belt, and Headband. Performance, durability, and sustainability are the three core values of Rockay.

The new clothing is inspired by the Nordics' powerful terrains and natural elements. The collection offers an elevated and timeless approach, with pops of green, blue, and red for a burst of energy, thanks to its minimalistic design and a neutral colour palette.

Rockay uses post-consumer recycled polyester derived from marine plastic waste (SEAQUAL), REPREVE® recycled polyester created from recycled materials, including plastic bottles, and an Italian-made 6.6 polyamide fibre with the lowest certified environmental impact ( Q-NOVA ). Q-NOVA is made from regenerated waste materials from production. When compared to standard polyamide, Q-NOVA emits 45% less CO2, uses 39% less water, and is powered by renewable energy.

Rockay textiles and production methods are approved by applicable industry standards in order to meet the company's sustainability standards.

In addition to employing premium, environmentally friendly materials, Rockay developed two innovative anti-odour technologies. Through a bio-based, recycled composition, the technologies address body odours, bacterially derived odours, air purification, and cumulative impacts on synthetic fibres ("permastink"). Rockay apparel remains odour-free thanks to HeiQ technology, wearing more and washing less, enhancing their eco-credentials.

In addition, is the leading waterproof-breathable textile technology that gives all-weather protection and outstanding comfort to the conscious user. Xpore is fast-drying, eco-friendly, lightweight, and non-toxic.
