The Circulose Supplier Network (CSN), a group of 47 manufacturers of yarn and textiles, is being launched by Renewcell. The CSN will contribute to the development of the circular economy by consistently providing the market with Circulose fiber.

Renewcell opened the world's first industrial-scale chemical textile-to-textile recycling facility in Sundsvall, Sweden, in November 2022. The company shipped its first shipment of Circulose dissolving pulp produced at Renewcell 1 in December of the previous year.

Circulose pulp that is approved is being produced on a larger scale as a result of Renewcell 1's recent RCS (Recycled Claim Standard) certification. From a starting capacity of 60,000 metric tons per year, Renewcell 1 will be expanded to produce 120,000 metric tons of pulp per year, or 600 million T-shirts.

Circulose is made by recuperating the cellulose found in old dress and transforming it into a dissolving mash that is made completely out of reused textures. Various types of recovered strands, like viscose, lyocell, modal, acetate, and other manufactured cellulosic fibers, are based on the mash. Through business partner Ekman, providers such as Tangshan Sanyou and Yibin Grace now offer viscose based on circulose.

Early adopters who are quick to acquire item volumes make up the Circulose Supplier Network. The network's members have made a commitment to the ongoing development of circular solutions and will play a significant part in the production of sustainable textiles and finished goods under the brand name.

The Circulose Supplier Network includes Indian companies like Arvind, Trident Group, and Pallavaa Group.
