Rebag, a resale specialist in luxury handbags and accessories, has launched a new loyalty program– Rebag Rewards. The multi-tiered loyalty program gives various incentives at different levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — based on how much a consumer trades, sells, and/or buys over time. Members will also earn points that may be used to make future purchases.
Rebag Rewards encourages circularity and repeat business by providing benefits such as first access to new arrivals, early access to deals, free domestic shipping and returns, special annual discounts, and surprise rewards such as event invitations, gifts, and more. Customers who have exchanged, sold, or purchased at least $500 in products with Rebag are immediately enrolled in the program, which is completely free.
The tier and benefits of a Rebag Rewards member are determined by lifetime transactions with Rebag and are only valid for members who have transacted (trade, buy, or sell) at least once in the previous 12 months. For every $1 spent, members receive one point. Points can be redeemed at the time of purchase. For every 1,000 points earned, you will receive $20 in-store credit. To redeem, Rewards members must have a minimum point balance of 1,000. To kick off the campaign, Rebag will provide all customers who qualify for Rebag Rewards 2,500 points or $50 USD to get them started.
Charles Gorra, Rebag CEO and Founder said that they’re excited to announce their first loyalty program, which allows them to give back to their consumers who have supported Rebag from the beginning. Their mission has been to fuel the circular economy and facilitate a sustainable cycle for luxury goods since the beginning, and their new program is designed to support that by rewarding existing and incentivizing new resale buyers, sellers, and dealers alike.
Members may easily earn rewards by shopping on rebag.com, visiting one of their nine retail locations, or using the Rebag app. Once-loved things can be sold in 60 minutes using Rebag’s innovative upfront payment option, or purchased and sold in one transaction using Rebag’s freshly released Clair Trade service. Clair AI, the company’s ground-breaking picture recognition and pricing tool technology, detects and prices luxury things in seconds, removing the doubt and hesitation that typically accompany reselling or purchasing a luxury item.
