Targeting industries like bedding, furniture, and transportation, these nonwovens are ten times more breathable and up to 60% lighter than polyurethane (PU) foam.

Made from certified, non-toxic, and recyclable materials, V/Smart nonwovens can be molded into any shape, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional materials. At the end of their lifecycle, they are fully reclaimable, recyclable, and can be sanitized and reshaped.

The nonwovens provide even pressure distribution, prevent moisture retention, and are free from VOCs, odorless, and self-extinguishing. The company also reports that using V/Smart can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 70% compared to PU foam.
