This new tufting technology for the compact to premium classhas been given the Autoneum Pure label for outstanding environmental friendliness. Adding to its sustainable composition, the carpet is more durable when compared to traditional carpet standards common in these vehicle segments and convinces having excellent cleanability.

The new premium technology for automotive carpets is coined Relive-1. It is believed that the carpet not only scores with its aesthetic appearance but also has exceptional environmental performance. Relive-1 feature a particularly sustainable use of raw materials, for instance, it only utilises recycled PET bottles to manufacture the carpet yarns. The company has utilised this technology to ensure the conservation of natural resources and reduce plastic waste while ensuring high-quality carpet systems for future vehicle generations can be produced cost-effectively from used PET bottles. The company firmly believes that Relive-1 is an important step towards mono-material constructions and consequently, it’s zero waste tufted carpet production.

The Relive-1 stands are above the average product quality of Autoneum. As the new carpets have higher abrasion resistance, and are easy to clean, due to the vertical alignment of the filaments and the water repellency of polyester, the Relive-1 carpets are more robust. The small particles such as wood splinters, dust or pebbles as well as liquids can be removed comfortably with no residual traces.
