The Pakistan government will be soon announcing its new trade and agriculture policies which will facilitate farmers and traders. The policies would help for flourishing country’s economy, Parliamentary Secretary for Cabinet Secretariat Raja Javed Ikhlas on Friday informed the House.
Javed Ikhlas said that Textile and Garment Cities in Karachi would be set up to further enhance textile exports while land for Textile City has been acquired.
He said that the Finance Division has released Rs 1.5 billion for supporting of the textile sector during the first six months of the current fiscal year.
Javed Ikhlas said the government is also giving top priority to address energy crisis to provide uninterrupted power and gas supply to the industries.
