This innovative foam is crafted using 30% recycled TPU material from post-consumer sources and is manufactured through a chemical-free, supercritical foaming process. Cirql rTPU30 offers a scalable and fully recyclable midsole solution to help footwear brands meet their climate and sustainability objectives.
Cirql’s rTPU30 meets 2024 compliance standards by incorporating 30% GRS-certified recycled TPU materials into the foam through a patented chemical-free supercritical injection foaming process exclusive to Cirql.

The material will be available with the option of a co-molded TPU outsole, eliminating the need for bonding and creating a glueless, single-material bottom unit. Additionally, Cirql’s midsole foam innovations can be conventionally bonded to all existing outsoles on the market.
