Novibra, Czech Republic based leading company in spindle technology and the only 100% in-house spindle maker constantly bringing innovation to the world of spinning taking the advantage of their own R&D department will introduce innovative solutions for spinning mills at the ITMA 2015 trade fair set to take place in Milan next month.
Spindles in modern ring spinning machines reach speeds of up to 25,000 rpm. In these high-speed applications energy consumption is an important issue, the company reports.
Novibra is introducing its new LENA (Low Energy consumption and Noise Absorption) high-speed spindles, designed for tube lengths of 200 mm to 210 mm.
The company’s proven Noise Absorbing System Assembly (NASA) is said to ensure minimum neck bearing load, vibration and noise level at high speed. This, in combination with unique wharve diameter 17,5 mm and footstep bearing 3 mm diameter is said to lead to lower energy consumption.
The company will also present its clamping and cutting crown CROCOdoff at the show, which will also be available as the version CROCOdoff-Forte for coarse yarns. The crown is operated by the spindle speed and is said to allow an automatic doffing.
The improved design of the teeth guarantees a reliable clamping and cutting of the yarn, according to the manufacturer. In addition, the CROCOdoff is designed to reduce the risk of yarn breakage during start-up, increase energy consumption, minimise material loss and reduce maintenance. CROCOdoff is suitable for the use with new machines, as well as an upgrade for some old machines.
Novibra was originally founded in 1920 in Stuttgart, Germany, the company relocated to the Czech Republic in 1992. Since 2001 Novibra is a member of Rieter Group. The leading position of Novibra spindles is based on patented design of spindle insert and the highest quality of the production. Beside complete spindles, Novibra supplies also individual inserts and thus also other spindle brands are equipped with Novibra technology. Novibra creates customer value through system expertise, innovative solutions, after sales excellence and global presence.
