Moose Knuckles Canada, a luxury outerwear and sportswear brand has set a variety of sustainability goals for 2025, including material consumption, circularity, carbon emissions, and biodiversity. In addition to outlining these goals, the firm has announced that animal fur will be banned from its clothing by the end of 2022.

Moose Knuckles co-CEO, Noah Stern, said that creating great, handcrafted goods that deliver unrivaled warmth without sacrificing design has always been their number one goal. The actions they're announcing are a direct result of the voices of the communities they work with, as well as their team's dedication to playing a major part in making Mother Earth more sustainable.

The Moose Knuckles sustainability plan commits the firm to six impact streams of innovation and leadership which include Battling Climate Change, including overall carbon emission reductions by the end of 2025; Making and moving products in a sustainable manner, including eliminating conventional cotton, virgin polyester, and virgin nylon from its clothing by the end of 2025; Circular Business Models, to ensure that by the end of 2025, all of Moose Knuckles' famous goods will be eligible for take-back, re-commerce, and recycling initiatives.

The rest of the commitments includes Protecting Nature and Enhancing Biodiversity, which includes science-based objectives for water, land, seas, and animal health; Prioritizing the global problems of diversity and inclusion for people and communities; and Working & Living Sustainably, including achieving LEED silver certification for all of Moose Knuckles' real estate assets.
