Directa Plus’ graphene-based products can be used in a variety of ways to alter or enhance the properties of conventional fabrics. © Directa Plus.Directa Plus, a producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets-based products, has signed an exclusive agreement with Italian high-end clothing and fabrics producer Loro Piana for the commercialisation of Loro Piana fabrics and garments enriched by the company’s G+ technology. The worldwide deal is for a duration of three years initially, for a minimum value of EUR 800,000.
The sensitivity of Loro Piana to the environment along its entire value chain fits perfectly with Directa Plus’ own culture: all the company’s products are hypoallergenic, non-toxic and sustainably produced, according to Giulio Cesareo Founder and CEO of Directa Plus. Thanks to the agreement, Directa Plus’s G+ technology will be entering Loro Piana’s prestigious supply chain and will benefit from its global reputation.
