The success of Lindex continues with some new Holly &Whyte modern classics touch garments made from organic cotton in this spring collection as it has expanded its use of sustainable materials, including Tencel, and recycled cotton, recycled polyester and recycled wool.
According to Lindex, more than 9 million “Sustainable Choice†garments per year are made from sustainable materials including organic cotton, Tencel, and recycled fibres such as polyester, polyamide, cotton and wool, and the company.
At present, the majority of Lindex’s new born range is made from organic cotton, as well as LXM, the brand’s latest underwear collection for men, with many basic women’s and childrenswear garments branded as “Sustainable Choiceâ€. It aims to increase the figure of garments made from less environmentally harmful material.
Nina Starck, design manager, Lindex said that they have found their customer and she found them! The collection includes the ever in demand classic garments like navy club blazers, striped jersey tops, feminine ’50s dresses and chinos. This spring, they have also focused on manufacturing many of the garments in sustainable materials.
This collection will have mixed pattern scheme, mixed colour scales with many wonderfully vibrant colours together with the classics navy blue, cream and khaki.
