The Spanish company Jeanologia presented its innovative technology solutions at Egypt Stitch & Tex, aiming to modernize the region’s growing textile industry. The Spanish textile technology company showcased its eco-friendly solutions at the event, reinforcing its commitment to transforming the textile industry.
“Egypt’s textile sector is evolving rapidly, and our laser and G2 Indra technologies are designed to meet growing demands for efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility,” said Mahmoud Hassan, Jeanologia’s area manager in Egypt. “Our solutions not only enhance production quality and design capabilities but also set new standards for sustainability in the industry.”
The H2Zero system is a closed-loop water treatment solution that keeps water in optimal condition for reuse during washing and finishing processes. It eliminates the need for chemicals, significantly reducing water consumption while ensuring high productivity with minimal electricity usage.
The company’s eFlow technology replaces traditional water-based chemical applications with nanobubbles, significantly reducing water usage and preventing wastewater discharge. Over the past 25 years, Jeanologia has also refined its laser technology, which automates finishing processes and eliminates harmful traditional methods.
Jeanologia’s G2 Indra technology complements its laser solutions, offering a sustainable alternative to conventional washing methods. Instead of using water and chemicals, G2 Indra utilizes air, drastically cutting chemical and water consumption. Together, these technologies have eliminated the need for potassium permanganate (PP) spray and pumice stone washing.
With these innovations, Jeanologia aims to help Egyptian textile manufacturers enhance automation, optimize resources, and meet international sustainability standards.
