The company's expanded offerings include new versions of its regen™ BIO Spandex—regen BIO, regen BIO+, and regen BIO Max Spandex—which replace nearly all petroleum-based raw materials with renewable resources. This move builds on Hyosung's pioneering commercial-scale production of USDA and SGS certified bio-based elastane in 2022.

Brand partnerships showcasing the fiber include activewear from Pangaia, which blends bio-nylon with regen™ BIO Spandex, and Icebreaker, which combines regen BIO Spandex with merino wool. Other collaborations feature regen™ BIO Spandex mixed with silk, lyocell, and organic cotton, demonstrating its versatility and appeal across various textile applications.
