Hologenix, a leader in textile innovation, and Decathlon, the world’s largest sporting goods designer and retailer, are joining forces to introduce an innovative activewear set incorporating infrared technology. This collaboration marks the first fully commercialized integration of Hologenix’s CELLIANT® with REPREVE® Recycled Polyester technology.
The activewear set features CELLIANT’s infrared technology, which converts body heat into infrared energy, enhancing local circulation and cellular oxygenation to support performance and recovery. The training shirt is crafted from a blend of partially virgin polyester and REPREVE Recycled Polyester fibers, sourced from recycled plastic bottles. This partnership underscores both companies’ commitment to enhancing athletic performance and reducing recovery time.
Seth Casden, founder and CEO of Hologenix, expressed the company’s dedication to creating a healthier world through partnerships like this one with Decathlon. He emphasized the collaboration as a significant step toward improving individual well-being.
By combining technology and sporting gear expertise, Hologenix and Decathlon are driving innovation in the sports industry and providing a competitive edge to athletes. This product launch marks Decathlon’s expansion into offering high-level technical gear for expert users, building on its reputation as a trusted retailer for sports enthusiasts worldwide.
