At an expert appraisal meeting organized by the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology confirmed that the graphene fiber preparation technology developed is in line with the leading level in the world.

The technology, which makes graphene completely combined with high polymer materials under room temperature, adds special function to ordinary textile products like antibacterial, ultraviolet-proof, anti-static and heat preservation effects.

Graphene is the lightest and thinnest material detected by human so far, while it is also the strongest one. “The new technology makes graphene fully combined with fiber and tests on textile products made by the fibers have special functions, said Bai Yongxiao from Lanzhou University, a leading scientist on graphene research in China.
