A German firm, Sporlastic GmbH, has pivoted from creating orthopedic goods to manufacture knitted facemasks to assist in the struggle against COVID-19. It is reusable, washable at 60°C along with the watertight 3D flat knit, is especially skin-friendly, according to the organization.
The form of the mask is said to decrease the moisture accumulations in the nose and mouth region enabling high wearing comfort even with a long-wearing time. The mask could be ideally adapted to the head circumference via individually elastic rubber bands and in addition, conversion to ear loops is possible without any issues.
The malleable and removable noseband ensures optimum match in the nose area, which is ideal for eyewear wearers, as air and moisture output signals are reduced upwards. This knit mask is offered in silver color only.
Sporlastic normally develops and produces a wide assortment of flat knitted orthopedic products. The company’s mission is to help people to recover and preserve their physical mobility. “A family-owned firm with 150 years of history, we signify excellent quality, cleverly designed products, and advanced therapy concepts.
