Eurotex has approved setting up of new textile project at Kagal, Kolhapur

Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd. is a part of the Patodia Eurotex Group of Industries of national and international fame. The group’s present annual turnover is in excess of USD 100 million (exports contributing over fifty percent) and covers almost a full range of the activities of the textile industry, from raw cotton to ready to wear high value fashion garments. The Board of Directors of Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, has approved setting up of New Textile Project at Kagal, Kolhapur.

Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd. key Products/Revenue Segments include Yarn which contributed Rs 299.75 Cr to Sales Value (87.06% of Total Sales), Waste (Cotton) which contributed Rs 20.50 Cr to Sales Value (5.95% of Total Sales), Fabrics Knitted which contributed Rs 10.78 Cr to Sales Value (3.13% of Total Sales), Export Incentives which contributed Rs 8.54 Cr to Sales Value (2.48% of Total Sales), Other Operating Revenue which contributed Rs 3.08 Cr to Sales Value (0.89% of Total Sales), Cotton which contributed Rs 1.41 Cr to Sales Value (0.40% of Total Sales), Scrap which contributed Rs 0.24 Cr to Sales Value (0.07% of Total Sales), for the year ending 31-Mar-2014.

For the quarter ended 31-Dec-2014, the company has reported a Standalone sales of Rs. 69.70 Cr., up 13.09% from last quarter Sales of Rs. 61.64 Cr. and down -17.16% from last year same quarter Sales of Rs. 84.15 Cr. Company has reported net profit after tax of Rs. -0.74 Cr. in latest quarter.
