The platform is designed to "revolutionize transparency and traceability in the textile industry," providing tools to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions and enabling brands to meet growing demands for sustainability and ethical production practices.

Ettos combines expertise in fashion technology and sustainability to address a significant challenge in the fashion industry: supply chain transparency. Their platform tracks and verifies the entire journey of textiles, from raw material to finished product, using advanced technology.

The funding from Innovate UK will allow Ettos to further develop their platform and assist brands in integrating DPPs into their operations seamlessly. Romano emphasized that the grant will enable the company to incorporate cutting-edge technologies that will enhance the platform's scalability and help brands implement comprehensive sustainability strategies through material claim tracking and supply chain mapping.
