Digital Printing, Machinery & Signage Technology Exhibition-cum-Conference (DPS World) 2017, the three day expo held in Pakistan concluded successfully on Sunday. The B2B interactions in the three days had struck machinery sale deals over Rs 1 billion. The latest machinery in laser cutting, computer printing on cloth, signage cutting equipment and others worth billions of rupees was sold out in more than 100 B2B deals.

FAKT Exhibitions Pvt Ltd Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Saleem Tanoli said that it was the third such exhibition that had been organized to introduce modern technology in Pakistan to strengthen local industry and enhance exports.

As all local businessmen cannot participate in international exhibitions abroad, the FAKT Exhibitions has arranged the exhibition in Pakistan to get local industry, manufacturers and companies reaped full benefits of the gathering, said Tanoli.

The exhibition a unique show of its kind in Pakistan, saying the companies from Itlay, China, Japan, Germany, Austria, UK and US participating in the exhibition had also confirmed their space in next year expo.

Foreign exhibitors who participated in the trade fair for the first had found the image of Pakistan altogether different from what was being portrayed by global media.

Representatives of participating companies will portray Pakistan as a safe country with vast investment opportunities to their counterparts, Tanoli said, adding that holding of such exhibitions in Pakistan would keep improving the country’s image across the world.

More than 150 local and international companies from 15 countries displayed latest machinery and equipment at their stalls to attract local investors to adopt modern digital technology of printing in textiles, fabrics, garments and graphics.

Around 10,000 visitors comprising local investors, businessmen, representatives of textile, printing and media companies and people from all walks of life and from different cities visited the exhibition.
