Dovetail Workwear and TREW Gear have teamed up to create the Rock Creek Work Bib, an innovative extreme-temperature overall that combines the durability and functionality of workwear with the technical performance of snowsports gear. It is available in two colorways and sizes ranging from XS to 4XL, with multiple inseam options.

The Rock Creek Work Bib is the result of a collaborative design process informed by the experiences of women working in some of the harshest environments. Input came from snow operations resort staff at Mt. Hood and Mt. Baker, farmers in the Midwest, and researchers at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. This cross-industry feedback shaped a versatile garment tailored to the common challenges of cold-weather work.

The Rock Creek Work Bib combines TREW Gear’s durable 3-layer, 4-way stretch nylon ripstop fabric with a PFAS-free waterproof breathable membrane. Cold Blocker insulation in high-wear areas like the seat and knees provides warmth, while Dovetail’s utility pockets and workwear-specific fit ensure functionality.

The bib boasts a 20k waterproof and breathability rating, keeping wearers warm and dry during tough conditions. Additional features include radio and tool pockets, adjustable cuffs to accommodate different boots, and a drop-seat design for convenience.
