DENIOS has introduced new spill containment pallets designed to catch spills, drips, and leaks, ensuring work areas remain clean and safe. These pallets are perfect for storing various corrosive liquids such as oils, coolants, acids, and caustics. They are crafted with a seamless, 100% liquid-tight poly construction, making them highly reliable.
The innovative design of these pallets redistributes weight onto load-bearing channels, optimizing their overall capacity. They are built to endure impacts and shocks, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, even in elevated temperatures. The poly materials used are durable, easy to clean, UV-resistant, and resistant to rust, corrosion, and most chemicals.
The spill containment pallets come with sumps that meet various regulatory standards like EPA, OSHA, NFPC, UFC, ensuring compliance. They are rigorously tested and guaranteed to be leak-free. Moreover, they are forklift-friendly, featuring pockets that facilitate secure transportation and loading from all four sides using drum lifters, pallet trucks, and forklifts.
These pallets are available in 2- or 4-drum capacities and can be supplied with different grating options such as no grating, galvanized grate, or poly grating. Manufactured in the USA, they are readily stocked in DENIOS Louisville factory for immediate shipment. DENIOS drum spill containment pallets are highly suitable for areas where dangerous or hazardous materials are used or stored.
