The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) has awarded LEED GOLD certification to Cotton Club (BD) Ltd and Cotton Clout (BD) Ltd, recognizing their excellence in sustainable building practices.

The USGBC grants these certifications based on several criteria, including waste management, energy efficiency, water use, and overall performance. Platinum is the highest level of certification, followed by gold and silver.

Established in 2006, Cotton Club (BD) Ltd is a vertically integrated manufacturer, handling all stages of production from knitting and dyeing to cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing. The company has heavily invested in state-of-the-art machinery to meet the demands of the textile industry. With strong leadership, the management team has fostered a skilled, dedicated, and hardworking workforce.

According to the USGBC, Cotton Club recently completed a comprehensive review of its project certification and performance data, which led to the award of the LEED GOLD certification.

Cotton Club has three additional production units: Cotton Clothing (BD) Ltd., which produces undergarments, and Cotton Clout (BD) Ltd. along with Tropical Knit Tex Ltd., which manufacture knitted goods for women, men, and children.
