To further strengthen energy efficiency efforts, BRÜCKNER has established a dedicated "Environmental and Energy Technology" department, led by Andreas Troscheit. This division will oversee heat-recovery and exhaust air purification systems, ensuring customers receive expert guidance on sustainable solutions. Mr. Troscheit has been responsible for the Technology Center in Leonberg and technical application consulting for the past three years.

Mr. Troscheit is now supported by Tobias Keitel and David Knies. Mr. Keitel specializes in the distribution and design of these systems, while Mr. Knies focuses on software and control, including the ExperTex simulation tool. This intelligent software helps customers boost production efficiency and reduce energy usage. It is available for all new machines and can be retrofitted to older ones, depending on the manufacturing year.

BRÜCKNER offers an extensive range of environmental and energy technology solutions, including modular heat-recovery and exhaust air purification systems that can be tailored to specific customer needs. The flexibility of these units allows them to be activated or deactivated as required by the production process.

The company has also introduced advanced automatic cleaning systems that optimize energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, extend the lifespan of filter modules, and ensure consistent filtration performance. These systems feature customizable cleaning programs and adjustable cleaning intervals, eliminating the need for production interruptions.
