The Brooks Brothers x MagnaReady® shirt combines the classic Brooks Brothers button down collar shirt with MagnaReady's patented adaptive technology, which uses magnetic closures for easy dressing. This new shirt is being launched just in time for holiday gatherings and gifting, providing a more convenient way to dress in a timeless style that's been a part of holiday celebrations for generations.

Maura Horton, the inventor and founder of MagnaReady, highlighted the challenges faced by millions of adults with disabilities, medical conditions, and physical limitations when it comes to dressing. She explained that the inspiration for this collaboration came from an exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art titled "Items: Is Fashion Modern?," where MagnaReady was displayed next to a Brooks Brothers shirt. This new Brooks Brothers x MagnaReady shirt is not just a piece of clothing; it sends a message to the disability community that inclusivity and accessibility are priorities for well-established fashion brands in America.

The Brooks Brothers x MagnaReady® shirt is made from Oxford cloth with added stretch and features the iconic Polo® Button-Down collar that Brooks Brothers invented almost 125 years ago. It has a traditional fit that's comfortable and stylish, along with the brand's signature non-iron finish to keep wearers looking sharp and wrinkle-free all day. The shirt also includes a rounded breast pocket, magnetized barrel cuffs, and a magnetic placket. This easy-care shirt, made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex, can be machine washed following care instructions for the best performance.

MagnaReady® shirts simplify the dressing process by eliminating the need to handle buttons and buttonholes. The patented magnetic closure system securely holds the shirt front closed. To "button" the shirt, you only need to overlap the two sides of the shirt front, and the magnets will securely click together.
